By submitting an order to Wholesale Printing Direct (wholesaleprintingdirect.com), you acknowledge our terms of operation. We will not be held responsible in the event that your order does not meet the following terms and conditions:

Copyright Policy

We feel it is critical to respect the intellectual property of others. To that end, when you use our site, you acknowledge that you hold the full rights to use all copy and images for your printed piece without violating the intellectual property rights another party. By using our site, you also recognize that subject matter does not need to include a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law. Absence of copyright notice does not give you the right to reproduce the material. By using our site, you are assuring us that copyright notice has not been removed from any of the materials supplied to us for printing.
You agree to protect and hold harmless WholesalePrintingDirect.com (and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners or employees) from any claim or demand (including attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of a project produced for you through our site.

We want nothing more than to fully satisfy our customers each and every time. At Wholesale Printing Direct, we produce all materials according to industry guidelines, as well as our own high standards. All imaging equipment, monitors, and presses are calibrated on a routine basis to ensure the highest level of quality control and to maintain our consistent industry standard color densities. In the unlikely event we’ve made a mistake, we will make it right. We’ll use your original art file to reprint the job at no further cost to you. Guaranteed.

In the unlikely event that we’ve made an error, we will reprint the job or provide a refund, with the following terms and conditions:

The errors must be ours, not yours. Errors in copy and typography, as well as photography flaws (image quality and resolution), are not included in our guarantee. For this reason, it is especially important to check your proof carefully.

Our guarantee is not extended to shipping claims, however, we will reprint orders confirmed damaged or lost by FedEx or UPS.
We reserve the right to request the return of the original job in question, at our cost, before we can reprint or refund your order. If we request the return of the original job, we will provide shipping instructions.

Our guarantee covers a reprint of the original quantity or a refund of the price paid for that order. It does not cover late deliveries or customer-caused damage in receiving the materials.

Wholesaleprintingdirect.com is not liable for any U.S. Postal Service errors, including loss, delay or damage.

While we are unable to refund orders over $3000 per project or customer, we will work with you to do our best to make the situation right.

Limitation of Warrant
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, WHOLESALEPRINTINGDIRECT.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO THE GOODS AND SERVICES BEING PROVIDED OR THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, OR ARISING BY USAGE OF TRADE OR COURSE OF DEALING. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY ACTION, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. WHOLESALEPRINTINGDIRECT.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND WHETHER CLAIMED UNDER CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Proprietary Rights
All web site pages and software are the property of WholesalePrintingDirect.com. All other trademarks, service marks and logos used on our site are the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners. Permission is granted to download and use content on our site for private, non-commercial use only, without alterations. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or republishing copyrighted material from our Site.

Links and Dealings with Third Parties

Payment/Billing
At the time of purchase, client’s credit card will be billed $29.95. This charge will cover the beginning of the printing process, which includes: File Download, Electronic Processing and Proof Production. Upon receipt of proof, client will receive an email with a link for proof approval. This link will direct client to the Approval Form located on our web site. Once client have selected “OK to print,” the credit card will be billed for the balance due.

Privacy Policy and Credit Card Information
We will not share your information with other companies. Your information is used to contact you when necessary, or to provide news, special offers or invitations to participate in customer surveys or testimonials. You may opt-out of receiving information unrelated to your order by indicating so on our Unsubscribe page.

Submitted Content
You will not use our site to send, upload, post or transmit any material that violates federal or state laws. We do not control the content posted by our customers and cannot guarantee its accuracy or quality.

We shall have the right to refuse to print any content that violates this agreement or may be viewed as obscene or objectionable. In addition, we may disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal actions or claims, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our business, our customers and the public.

When you, or someone on your behalf, initiate a printing order, you grant us the license to access and store the digital files for use in processing that order. We bear no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store content sent to our site. We may also include your printed piece as a sample of our products on our website or in our sample packet. If you do not wish to grant us permission to do so, please request that we do not include your project in our samples.

Color & Quality Standards
Wholesale Printing Direct does not guarantee color match. All equipment is calibrated on a routine basis to industry color standards. Each project is subject to color shifts due to imposition and substrates. Any critical color concerns should be noted to a representative to ensure the best color match possible. Any concerns of poor reproduction due to color or improper file construction may be communicated to the client prior to production.

Electronic File Construction
All files submitted to Wholesale Printing Direct must meet our software requirements noted in the FAQ section. We reserve the right to reject an order due to inadequate file construction. Files received that are not in PDF format will undergo an extensive quality control check. Problems that are not easily remedied upon the quality control preflight will be communicated immediately to the client. Wholesale Printing Direct will not be held responsible for any issue that is a result of poor file construction. All images need to be at lease 300 dpi at current placement percentage. All images and fonts should be included in the upload. Images that are not CMYK will be converted, causing possible color shifts.

Electronic Proofing
Electronic proofs in the form of a PDF or JPEG will be generated within approximately 24 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the size and quality of construction, the online proof may require additional time. Electronic Proofs may or may not be color accurate. Due to personal computer screen calibrations, we cannot guarantee color accuracy. PDF and JPEG proofs are for content placement only.

Print Production
All orders will be printed to Wholesale Printing Directs industry standard color settings. At no time will we deviate from the specifications of the original order without consent from the client. All orders will be printed using Wholesale Printing Direct’s 20-micron stochastic screening method producing near-photographic printing. Defects due to improper file construction will be the responsibility of the client.

Shipping Method
Specified delivery times will be active at the time of proof approval. Any order that is placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Estimated proofing time is 24 hours from time of order upload. All shipments are restricted to United States only.

Cancellation and Correction Fee Policies
In the event that an order has not been processed, there will be no charge for cancellation. If file preparation has been started or completed, a non-refundable charge of $29.95 will remain posted to your credit card. Once the client has selected “Approved for printing” from the proof approval screen, no refunds will be granted. In order to cancel an order, you must call our Support line at 1-866-298-8586 and speak to an account manager. E-mail or voicemail will not count as cancellation notification.

Wholesale Printing Direct must be notified within 30 days of receiving the order of any defects that may or may not warrant a reprint or refund. Any issues that have not been appropriately communicated to Wholesale Printing Direct with in the first 30 days of receipt will no longer qualify for full refund. Reprint or discount may apply pending issues noted.

Client will have the opportunity to allow Wholesale Printing Direct to make any alterations at a charge of $15 per alteration. Client also has the option of supplying new files that will incur an additional charge of $29.95 per upload. Charges will be applied upon upload or alteration request.
