The errors must be ours, not yours. Errors in copy and typography, as well as photography flaws (image quality and resolution), are not included in our guarantee. For this reason, it is especially important to check your proof carefully.
Our guarantee is not extended to shipping claims, however, we will reprint orders confirmed damaged or lost by FedEx or UPS.
We reserve the right to request the return of the original job in question, at our cost, before we can reprint or refund your order. If we request the return of the original job, we will provide shipping instructions.
Our guarantee covers a reprint of the original quantity or a refund of the price paid for that order. It does not cover late deliveries or customer-caused damage in receiving the materials.
Wholesaleprintingdirect.com is not liable for any U.S. Postal Service errors, including loss, delay or damage.
While we are unable to refund orders over $3000 per project or customer, we will work with you to do our best to make the situation right. |
