What type of file formats do you accept?
  > Adobe InDesign (print quality PDF preferred)
  > Adobe Illustrator (print quality PDF preferred)
  > Adobe Photoshop (300ppi)
  > Adobe PageMaker (print quality PDF preferred)
  > QuarkXpress (print quality PDF preferred)
  > FreeHand (print quality PDF preferred)
  > Microsoft Word* (print quality PDF preferred)
  > PowerPoint* (print quality PDF preferred)
  > CorelDRAW* (print quality PDF preferred)

*This software is accepted, however these files tend to have embedded  fonts and images
that prevent us from working on the files. It is in your best interest to supply a print
quality PDF. See our resources section for additional information.

What is "bleed," and how much is needed?
When you have an image or line art that extends beyond the final trim edge, we
require at least 1/8" (.125) of bleed margin. Bleed is an additional 1/8" of image that
extends beyond final trim that will allow for cutter draw. This will ensure that when your
piece is ready for final trim, the line art or image will extend fully to the edge of the sheet
with no background showing on the edge of the final product.

Example: If your document is 8.5" x 11" and your image runs to the edge of the sheet,
your file will need to allow for 8.75" x 11.25" of image area.

How do I transfer my files?
At the final stages of the ordering process, you will be prompted to select your files from
your computer. Prior to submitting your order, it is recommended that you do the following:

1. Create a print quality PDF.
2. Perform a "Collect for Output." (Either of these options will generate a file or
folder that contains everything we will need to print your product(s)
    successfully-fonts, images and working layout.)
3. When prompted, select the files that have been generated. This will upload
the files to our server and we will begin the preflight process. We strongly
recommend using the PDF workflow. For additional information on distiller
settings, click here for Support Resources.

Finally, ask yourself: "Are my files built to industry standards? Are all of the images
linked and fonts available?" Use our simple Checklist to ensure a smooth and easy
 print submission.

You may also send files via U.S. Postal Service.

What are my options for proofing?
Once your files have been received, we will then prepare the files for printing. All files
will be converted to PDF format. Electronic proofs in the form of a PDF or JPEG will be
generated within approximately 24 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the size
and quality of construction, the online proof may require additional time. Electronic proofs
may or may not be color accurate. Due to personal computer screen calibrations, we
cannot guarantee color accuracy. PDF and JPEG proofs are for content placement only.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards.

 Can I cancel my order?
In the event that an order has not been processed, there will be no charge for
cancellation. If file preparation has been started or completed, a non-refundable charge
of 29.95 will remain posted to your credit card. Once the client has selected "Approved for
Printing" from the proof approval screen, no refunds will be granted. In order to cancel
an order, you must call our Support Line at 1-866-298-8586 and speak to an Account
 Manager.
Please be aware that e-mail or voicemail is not accepted for
 cancellation notification.

 What is the billing process?
At the time of purchase, your credit card will be billed 29.95. This charge will cover the
beginning of the printing process, which includes: File Download, Electronic Processing
and Proof Production. Upon receipt of proof, you will receive an e-mail with a link for proof
approval. This link will direct you to the Approval Form located on our web site. Once you
have selected "OK to Print," the credit card will be billed for the balance due.

*"Services rendered" are alterations that the client has opted to have Wholesale Printing
Direct implement at a fee of 15.00 per alteration. The client also has the option of supplying
new files that will incur an additional charge of 29.95 per upload.
Client will be notified of any additional charges prior to final  billing, if applicable.
